It is indicated after a breast reconstruction (installation of a mammary implant by a plastic surgeon), after recovery of cancer.
Date from the procedure:
Cicatrisation must-to be at the end of evolution, 8 months minimum after the surgery. It is logical to await the stabilization of the form of the rebuilt breast to decide the exact site of the areola.

At the time of the first meeting one defines the diameter of the areola compared to the volume of the breast, as well as the color of the areola according to the skin complexion of the person.
Then the first pigmentation takes place. The second meeting takes place 3 weeks later to perfect the work of the 1st session and also to set up a more artistic pigmentation in order to recreate the relief of a true areola (see photo example).

The procedure is not painful !
After a test as painful as that of a breast cancer the person cured once, can then think of her esthetics.
